A 3rd generation in Real Estate, Andrea Tsakanikas is the Managing Broker & Chief Executive Officer. Her career specialties include real estate advisory services in Asset, Property & Facilities Management.

Since 1985 Andrea has specialized in the investment side of real estate. Her grandmother was a Real Estate Broker in Miami in the 1950s which cultivated her keen eye and natural ability in the business. Her vast experience includes owning and managing real estate brokerages, and working for corporations, developers, real estate organizations and investor groups on a variety of project types from retail, to commercial, to single family bulk, to multi-family apartment communities. She has also written several manuals.

Denice Davitian
